Gift Planning

Like most non-profits, donated gifts of money are the lifeblood of Project Access. Without the generosity of financial donors just like you, Project Access would not have the resources needed to continue to coordinate essential health care services for low-income, medically uninsured residents in Sedgwick County.

Gift Planning is one strategy you can use to help maximize your philanthropic goals. Through creative planning and the use of alternative ways of giving you can accomplish multiple solutions, from providing for loved ones to generating additional income for retirement, all while creating a meaningful gift to help advance the program of Project Access.

There are many ways you can remember Project Access in your estate plan through a charitable gift in your will. Your gift will preserve our ability to continue to provide short-term donated health care for uninsured residents of Sedgwick County through a network of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and others.

Whether you would like to put your donation to work today, or benefit us after your lifetime, you can find a charitable plan that lets you provide for your family and support the program of Project Access.

When you visit your attorney to prepare or revise your will, please ask them to use this wording for a gift for a specific amount of money:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to Project Access through Central Plains Health Care Partnership with offices at 1102 S. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67211, Federal Tax ID number 48-1200868, or its successors in interest, the sum of $_______________, exclusive of my lifetime donations, if any, for use in its most urgent priorities as determined by its Board of Directors in their sole discretion.

If you would like to leave a percentage of your estate to Project Access, please use the following wording:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to Project Access through Central Plains Health Care Partnership with offices at 1102 S. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67211, federal Tax ID number 48-1200868, or its successors with interest, the sum of _________________% of all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, exclusive of lifetime donations, if any, for use in its most urgent priorities as determined by its Board of Directors in their sole discretion.

By making the ultimate gift, you will be joining other dedicated supporters of Project Access helping to improve the health of our community by increasing care and coverage for vulnerable patient populations.
